Now we are seing it with banks, libraries and a few clothes shops. Most are reusable plastic though... Looking at it as either an adjunct to,or even an alternative to allotments. It makes economic sense for the Town Council. It makes socio economic sense for our community. It may not be possible to do it as an alternative if the law states the TC must provide allotments if a sufficient number of people have registered as such. Which is the case here.
